Pink, Stripes & a little bit of floral

 During the winter, I sometimes tend to wear black & grey & then more grey & black. Every now & then I need some color! I had to wear my favorite color in order to brighten my spirits a bit...& of course, that would be pink! I wore these pink pants I bought from Ross a few years ago, a striped sweater I have from Ross from a long time ago, an orange & pink floral scarf I got as a birthday gift 2 years ago & my brown boots from JCPenney. I put gold jewelry with it & one of my favorite pieces was this gold disc necklace with my initial. It was so nice to be wearing some bright colors!

A Floral Dress

  I love wearing feminine floral dresses. They are a bit harder to wear though in the fall. So, since it's been a little cooler I put a cardigan, leggings, boots & boot socks with the dress. I got this dress a few months back at Ross for $8.99, the cardigan was from Target a couple of years ago, the leggings were from Ross like 6 years ago (that I love, they are really a dark jean legging), the boot socks from Etsy, & the boots were from JCPenney. I promise I am wearing other boots this season but for some reason every outfit I show I am wearing those!! I wore this the other night when Daniel took me out on a date for my birthday!

Future Fall Styles

   Let's be honest...it's still pretty warm in East TX! I haven't been just loving most of my "in between" outfits but rather looking forward to many fall/winter outfits to come! Isn't this just beautiful? This is very much my style. I love how dainty the dress is with the buttons & tie belt & of course the pink! I like the dress paired with the grey & of course her nails painted!

I think we've talked about how leather would definitely have to be done right... I think this is done just perfect. It doesn't scream that you are wearing leather pants! Floral Skirt

   It's been a long time since I have just LOVED my outfit. This past Sunday was a big day at church for our youth ministry. We were eating breakfast there, having regular services, then eating lunch & having a session afterwards so I knew I had to wear something comfortable. This was the perfect outfit! Daniel didn't get my shoes in the pictures on my camera so I'll post a picture that Jenna took from my phone.

  This is an outfit that expresses my personality perfect! I love feminine florals, I love skirts & I love pink. The skirt came from Ross for 8.99, I've had this pink shirt from Gap for years & it is so comfortable, the necklace was a gift from my sister-in-law years ago, & my shoes came from Target.

I already cannot wait to wear this again! 

What I Wore Wednesday...Black Floral!

Just sharing one outfit this week...I've been really lazy this week because of the holiday and the fact that my photographer (my 8yr old) wasn't here on the day when I typically take my pictures!  I'll have to make a note to self that she cannot go over to friends houses on "picture day!"

What's better than black and floral?  Maybe black and floral together?  Yep, that's a pretty winning combination!  Love this casual shirt that I found at Ross a few months ago...just the thing to bring down my normally "dressy" style...
